We are seeking an experienced Handyman/Multitrader to maintain a portfolio of residential properties. This mobile role is ideal for someone who is confident working independently and has a broad range of maintenance and repair skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out general repairs and maintenance across multiple properties
  • Basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, decorating, and minor electrical tasks
  • Lone working across various sites - must be comfortable managing your own schedule

Requirements:

  • Proven handyman or multitrade experience
