We are looking for a talented and efficient Mobile Multiskilled Bodyshop Technician to join our leading team.

Details

  • Basic Salary: £40,000 + Individual performance bonus
  • Working Hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm (Monday to Friday 42.5 hours per week)
  • Location: Covering the East Hampshire area
  • Fully kitted van provided.

As a Mobile Multi Skilled Bodyshop Technician, you will repair damaged vehicles in line with the manufacturer's specifications, using modern equipment and techniques. The role involves site‑to‑site visits and also customer properties. The ideal candidate has experience in Panel Beating, Paint Spraying, Strip and Fit, and is comfortable and confident demonstrating all three skills.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out warranty, transit damage and used car repairs using factory‑approved products and techniques.
  • Ensure repairs meet high-quality standards.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Completed a recognised apprenticeship and hold a technical qualification such as NVQ / VCQ / SVQ / ATA.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a busy body shop and strong team player.
  • Sound, up‑to‑date knowledge of vehicle repair techniques.
  • Ability to produce high‑quality body repairs from start to finish.
  • Stable work history and a City Guilds qualification or equivalent.
  • ATA qualification desirable, but not essential.
