Monday - Friday (plenty of overtime available) £33,000 + van + Fuel Card. Mobile contract covering commercial sites in SW London.

Responsibilities:
  • Tiling
  • Carpentry - Door hanging
  • Assembling furniture
  • Plumbing
  • Drainage & flushing
  • Fire alarm/door testing
  • Grouting & Plastering
  • Repairing building fixtures: doors, handles, windows etc.
Requirements:
  • Experience as a building services fabric engineer/handyperson in a commercial/residential setting
  • Trades qualifications - C&G / NVQ
  • Full drivers license

Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
