Towercraft UK Ltd is seeking an experienced Mobile Crane Operator (Bocker AK37 or relevant) to support our robotic façade cleaning and exterior maintenance operations across the UK. The role involves the safe setup, operation, and dismantling of mobile cranes on live sites, working closely with the operations team and appointed persons.

Responsibilities

  • Operate mobile cranes safely
  • Carry out daily checks
  • Set up outriggers and exclusion zones
  • Follow lift plans, RAMS and method statements
  • Coordinate with banksman/slinger-signallers
  • Ensure compliance with LOLER, PUWER and HSE requirements
  • Maintain lifting records
  • Liaise with site teams
  • Report any defects or unsafe conditions

Requirements

  • Valid CPCS A60 or NPORS N101 (with CSCS) card
  • Proven mobile crane experience
  • Strong knowledge of lift plans and load charts
  • Excellent safety awareness
  • Full UK driving licence (CAT C)

Desirable

  • Mobile crane experience (Bocker AK37 or relevant)
  • Slinger/Signaller or Appointed Person certification
  • Façade/BMU experience
  • IPAF or PASMA
