Sytner Group are excited to offer a Permanent Sales Executive role with a basic salary of £20,000 and the potential to make a generous commission. Our Sales Executives are at the heart of ensuring that we deliver first class customer experiences to every customer that visits one of our dealerships. Joining us as a Sales Executive means you will be the key point of contact for our customers during their car‑buying experience.
About the role
Sytner MINI High Wycombe is looking for an individual with a customer service or sales background.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers to support and understand their needs throughout the car buying journey.
- Deliver first‑class, face‑to‑face customer service and ensure a positive buying experience.
- Work flexible patterns, including weekends, to meet customer and dealership needs.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the team OTE of £45,000.
- Attend assessment centres if required.
Qualifications
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for outstanding customer service.
- Customer service experience in a retail environment is required.
- Full and valid UK driving licence is desirable.
