About the Role

An excellent opportunity has become available for Production Operatives to join a busy and growing manufacturing team based in Minehead. This is a hands-on role within a supportive production environment, ideal for individuals who are reliable, hardworking and looking to develop long-term skills within manufacturing and production. The successful candidates will be involved in the measuring, handling, preparation and production of metal components used in specialist bespoke products. You will work as part of an experienced team, ensuring products are manufactured accurately and efficiently to meet customer specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Measuring and preparing metal lengths to precise specifications
  • Supporting the assembly and production process of bespoke products
  • Operating basic production machinery and hand tools safely
  • Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
  • Handling materials and preparing finished products for dispatch
  • Following health & safety procedures at all times
  • Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
  • Working as part of a team to achieve daily production targets
