Leading Chartered Accountants & Tax Advisers in Milton Keynes are seeking a Client Accounts Manager to join a growing, dynamic and innovative firm committed to friendly expertise and profit for clients while supporting the community and environment.
Responsibilities
- Review and manage a portfolio of jobs within the accounts team.
- Manage financial aspects, servicing and developing a client portfolio, including budgeting, negotiation, billing and recovery.
- Manage statutory accounts preparation assignments and control assignment teams.
- Prepare Corporate Tax Returns in conjunction with accounts for FRS 105 clients.
- Prepare Personal Tax Returns.
- Finalise accounts under the overall control of the Senior Manager and Principals.
- Work with Xero and QuickBooks Online and advise cloud‑based clients.
Qualifications
- ACA/ACCA qualified (2 to 5 years PQE) or qualified by experience.
- Significant accounting experience gained within a professional services environment.
- Demonstrable knowledge of accounting standards and corporate tax matters.
- Experience in personal tax desirable but not critical.
- Experience with cloud accounts packages (particularly Xero and QuickBooks Online) and various app integrations.
- Excellent communication and people‑management skills.
- Evidence of successfully managing staff and clients.
