We are recruiting MIG/TIG welders for our client based in Honley HD9. You will be required to assemble and repair components in line with engineering drawings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform MIG and TIG welding on a variety of metals (e.g., steel, stainless steel, aluminium)
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols
  • Prepare materials by cutting, grinding, and cleaning surfaces before welding
  • Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
  • Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
  • Carry out repairs and rework where necessary
  • Maintain tools and welding equipment in good working condition
  • Follow health & safety procedures, including use of PPE
  • Work to production deadlines and maintain consistent output quality
  • Collaborate with fabricators, engineers, and supervisors

You must have proven experience of MIG and TIG welding.
