The predicted salary is between 12 - 21 £ per hour.

Staffline is recruiting for a warehouse operative to work for a leading logistics company in Middlewich, Cheshire.

Rates of Pay:

  • 6am‑10pm: £12.81 per hour
  • 10pm‑6am: £14.51 per hour
  • Days Overtime: £19.22 per hour
  • Nights Overtime: £21.77 per hour

Shifts:

  • Day shift: 6am‑6pm (12‑hour shift)
  • Night shift: 6pm‑6am (12‑hour shift)

You will work 4 on 4 off.

Training:

All workers receive LLOP and MHE training during assignments. Full training will be provided to new hires.

Transport:

Due to the location, your own transport is required for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Loading and unloading products to and from warehouse storage.
  • Picking and packing.
  • Accurately completing any relevant documents to ensure that all orders are ready for dispatch.

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal warehouse operative will be reliable, hard‑working, physically fit, and able to lift items as required. They will work quickly and accurately, follow instructions and procedures on‑site, and communicate effectively with team members.

Experience:

Experience as a production operative, warehouse, or factory operative is desirable but not necessary; full training is provided.
