Our client is a fast-growing, London-based M&E Engineering firm operating across high-value commercial and data centre projects. Having grown from a 30m to a 60m turnover business in three years, this newly created role reflects their ambition and the scale of their pipeline. You'll join a well-established commercial team of experienced QS professionals and Commercial Managers, giving you the support structure to thrive whilst taking genuine ownership of your projects.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing the full commercial lifecycle of MEP packages from procurement through to final account on projects up to 25m
  • Preparing, submitting, and negotiating interim valuations and variations in line with contract terms
  • Subcontract procurement, tendering, and letting, including robust subcontract management throughout delivery
  • Producing accurate cost reports, forecasts, and cash flow projections for senior review
  • Working collaboratively with project and site teams to identify commercial risks and opportunities early
  • Attending client and project meetings, representing the commercial function with confidence
  • Supporting the resolution of contractual disputes and claims under NEC or JCT conditions

What we're looking for:

  • Proven QS experience within M&E, MEP, or building services
  • Exposure to commercial or data centre projects desirable
  • Strong numeracy, attention to detail, and communication skills
  • Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent (MRICS desirable)
  • Ambitious and commercially minded with a team-first attitude
