Think Construction are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a leading 5-star house builder on a permanent basis in Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire. This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager to join a well-established Midlands house builder delivering high-quality traditional new build homes.

The Role - Site Manager
As the Site Manager, you will be the number one on site delivering a development of up to 66 traditional build homes, mainly consisting of 3-5 bedroom properties. The successful Site Manager will be responsible for:
- Managing the site from groundworks through to completion
- Managing labour, subcontractors, plant and materials
- Driving programme and production
- Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained
- Managing quality and NHBC standards
- Leading subcontractor meetings
- Liaising with internal teams and stakeholders
- Delivering the project on time and within programme
Requirements
To be considered for this Site Manager position, you must have:
- Experience working as a Site Manager for a house builder or residential developer
- Proven experience delivering traditional build housing developments
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- First Aid
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Package
Up to 68,000 salary DOE, Car allowance, Bonus, Flexible benefits, Long-term career progression.
