The Role

We are looking for an experienced Upholsterer to join our production team. You will be responsible for upholstering furniture to the highest quality standards while working efficiently and safely within company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble and upholster furniture to design specifications and quality standards
  • Work efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines
  • Read and follow technical drawings and instructions
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workstation
  • Handle materials and finished products carefully to avoid damage
  • Follow Health & Safety procedures and safe working practices
  • Support ongoing training and skills development

Skills & Experience

  • Previous upholstery or furniture manufacturing experience preferred
  • Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
  • Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
  • Good organisational skills and ability to work independently or within a team
  • Reliable, punctual, and proactive approach
