Location: GP Surgery

Hours: Monday to Friday, 2:00pm to 6:00pm (Office Based)

Duration: 1 week (Immediate start)

Pay Rate: £13.18 per hour

Travel Information:

  • No parking available onsite
  • Free street parking nearby on Cannon Hill Lane
  • Bus stop directly outside the surgery
  • Train station approximately a 5-minute walk away

The Role:

We are currently seeking two experienced Medical Administrators to support a busy GP surgery on a short-term basis. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong general practice experience who are confident working in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coding patient information
  • Clinical document scanning
  • General administrative support within the practice

Requirements:

  • EMIS experience - essential
  • Docman 10 experience - essential
  • Previous GP surgery or medical administration experience
  • Ideally experience as a Medical Secretary or within a GP reception/administration role

Additional Information:

This is an immediate requirement, and only candidates with the relevant systems experience will be considered.
