Key Responsibilities:

  • PPM & reactive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and building services.
  • Maintaining and servicing pumps, motors, and other mechanical plant.
  • Fault-finding and repairs.
  • Ensure H&S compliance.
  • Liaising with staff and contractors on-site.

Requirements:

  • Proven commercial maintenance experience.
  • Mechanical engineering qualification (City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 or 3 or equivalent).

Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
