We are working with a growing building services contractor to appoint an M&E Project Engineer with a strong electrical bias to support project delivery across Yorkshire and the wider region. This is a hands-on role within a close-knit team, where you will take ownership of projects from pre-start through to completion. Schemes are typically small works, refurbishments, and M&E upgrades, delivered in fast-paced environments with a strong focus on quality and client service. They are looking for someone who can manage both the technical and commercial aspects of projects, not just site coordination.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing projects from initial review through to final account
  • Procuring materials and coordinating suppliers
  • Producing and managing project programmes
  • Overseeing site delivery and ensuring quality standards
  • Managing H&S compliance
  • Preparing valuations and handling variations
  • Supporting estimating when required

What You Will Need:

  • Strong electrical background with M&E understanding
  • Proven experience delivering projects end-to-end
  • Commercial awareness (valuations, variations)
