We are looking for an experienced M&E Estimator or Quantity Surveyor to work on two-stage M&E tenders for our Large Tier 1 Main Contractor Client. In addition to tendering the MEPH packages on new projects, you will be assisting in managing sub-contractor variation accounts and following the project through.

This role requires a full-time Building Services Estimator / Quantity Surveyor based in our client's modern Central London Office. We are looking for a technically strong professional MEPH Estimator / Quantity Surveyor who is looking for a long-term career with an exceptional Tier 1 Contractor.

It is essential to have comprehensive large value MEPH Tendering and/or Quantity Surveying (QS) experience in the London Market on Commercial or Retail Building and Refurbishment Projects for this position. This is a very rare opportunity with one of the best blue-chip contractors in the market and working environment, projects and prospects are exceptional.
