We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a prestigious high-end residential project based in Marlborough. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and professional individual looking to secure a long-term role with a reputable company working on luxury residential developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing day-to-day site operations
- Managing subcontractors and ensuring work is completed to programme
- Maintaining high standards of health & safety on site
- Ensuring quality control across all trades and finishes
- Coordinating deliveries, materials, and site logistics
- Reporting progress to senior management and clients
- Ensuring projects are delivered to a high-end finish and client expectation
Requirements
- Proven experience managing high-end residential projects
- Valid SMSTS certificate
- Valid First Aid at Work certificate
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage programmes and maintain quality standards
- Stable work history and professional approach
