We are looking for a Reliability Engineer to join a fast‑paced manufacturing site, playing a key role in improving performance across production lines through continuous improvement and best practice maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive continuous improvement and reliability across production equipment and processes
  • Support planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and minimise equipment downtime
  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards
  • Work closely with operations and engineering teams to improve performance and efficiency
  • Provide reactive and technical support on production lines

Requirements:

  • Strong maintenance engineering background within manufacturing
  • Experience in FMCG / high‑speed production environments preferred
  • Knowledge of PLCs, SCADA, and automated systems
  • Understanding of PPM, CI, and maintenance strategies
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills
