A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a motivated Production Operator to join a globally recognised chemical manufacturing company based in Duxford. This is an excellent chance to work within a highly professional manufacturing environment producing specialist chemical and adhesive products used across a wide range of industries worldwide. The site manufactures over 350 different products, offering a varied and hands-on role where no two days are the same.

Operators work across multiple production stations using a range of processing equipment including mixers, hoppers and reaction vessels. This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining high quality and safety standards. You will be responsible for operating production equipment, setting up batches, weighing and adding materials, cleaning machinery between production runs, and ensuring all processes are completed safely and efficiently.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

  • Experience working within a manufacturing or production environment.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Experience within chemical manufacturing or automation environments.
  • Forklift licence or willingness to train.
  • Technical or chemistry-related qualifications would be advantageous.
