Key Responsibilities
- Convert client-approved designs into detailed production instructions using SAGE 50 software
- Produce component pick lists to support manufacturing operations
- Monitor and manage stock inventory levels to maintain production flow
- Liaise with suppliers, the supply chain, and the in-house procurement lead regarding component availability
- Create and issue works orders and manufacturing instructions
- Plan and schedule manufacturing activities to meet client deadlines and requirements
- Produce customer invoices accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate and organise outbound logistics and shipment movements
- Maintain accurate records and ensure diligent data input across established systems
- Work independently while contributing to wider team objectives and operational goals
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and partners
- Collaborate with the Operations Director and senior leadership team on day-to-day operational activities
- Support continuous improvement and contribute positively to the growth of the business
- Participate in product training and ongoing development opportunities to enhance role contribution
