Process Operative Location: Bourton-on-the-Water.
Pay: £12.71ph, increased to £13.45ph after full company training.
Working Pattern: 4-day working week, Monday to Thursday 07:30 - 17:30. Overtime available. Immediate start available for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities- Assembling precision components and medical devices within a cleanroom environment
- Following strict manufacturing procedures, GMP standards and quality requirements
- Meeting production targets while maintaining high levels of accuracy
- Working efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Ensuring all work meets quality and compliance requirements
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to support production goals
- Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred (training provided)
- Excellent attention to detail, dexterity and patience
- Ability to work at pace and meet tight deadlines
- Good manual dexterity and ability to work with small components
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
- Reliable with strong timekeeping and work ethic
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Positive, hardworking attitude and willingness to learn
- 4-day working week (Monday to Thursday, Friday off)

- Weekly pay every Friday or monthly last Friday of the month
