Expleo is seeking a Change Management Specialist to support a major automotive manufacturing programme based in Solihull. This fully on-site role will lead the successful adoption of new systems through effective change management, stakeholder engagement, and minimal disruption during transitions.

The ideal candidate will possess a Change Management certification or equivalent experience along with strong collaboration skills. Occasional travel to other UK sites will be required.
