We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established manufacturing company, for Production / Machine Operatives to join their busy factory. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone with experience as a factory operative, production operative, manufacturing operative or looking to start a career in production.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Operating industrial saws and drills (full training provided)
- Assembling components to order
- Using measuring tools & following production paperwork accurately
- Operating production machinery (once trained)
- Handballing loading finished goods onto pallets
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience as a factory operative, warehouse operative, production operative or similar is an advantage but not essential
- Physically fit able to lift and move heavy objects
- Good attention to detail & able to follow instructions
- Strong team player with good communication skills
