In this role, you will handle incoming enquiries, generate quotations for existing clients and new customers, adjust prices, and liaise with customers via email and phone. Founded 40 years ago, the company supplies bespoke steel structures to local authorities and private companies across the UK. This is an office‑based position with Monday‑to‑Friday hours from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, 37.5 hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming queries via phone and email
  • Create quotes and estimations
  • Receive full technical training in‑house
  • Work weekdays 8am – 4:30pm (37.5 hours a week)

Qualifications

  • Sales Order Processor, Estimator, or similar experience
  • Understanding of generating quotes
