Role Overview
We are seeking committed Cover Supervisors to join our team to support the Trust. The Successful Candidates will work within a secondary school, delivering pre-planned lessons to students and support with their academic growth.
- Guide Pupils through pre-planned lessons ensuring they are engaging and effective.
- Help to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Support the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs.
- Record student progress, providing feedback to teachers.
Requirements
- Experience working in a secondary School/School Setting.
- Strong understanding of the national curriculum and educational best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Ability to drive is preferred, if not you must have sufficient links to public transport.
