We are currently recruiting for an experienced Wills & Probate professional to join a well-established law firm based in Ramsbottom. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is confident managing sensitive client matters and is comfortable supporting individuals and families through difficult periods with empathy and professionalism.

The firm is open to both full-time and part-time candidates and is looking for someone experienced who can manage probate and private client matters with a high level of client care.

The Probate Fee Earner Role

The successful candidate will handle a range of private client matters including:

  • Wills
  • Probate and estate administration
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Estate planning
  • Related private client work
Probate Fee Earner Requirements

The firm is ideally looking for:

  • A qualified Solicitor with strong Wills & Probate experience. STEP qualification would be advantageous but is not essential.
  • An experienced non-qualified fee earner or probate professional with substantial hands-on experience managing probate matters independently.

The ideal candidate will be personable, compassionate and confident dealing directly with clients during sensitive and emotional situations.

Probate Fee Earner Offer

Full-time or part-time hours considered. Salary dependent on experience and qualification level. Supportive and established working environment. Genuine long-term opportunity within a respected local firm. Varied and client-focused caseload.
