Flexible People Ltd are recruiting a Maintenance Technician for a prestigious client based in Tyldesley. This is an ongoing, Monday - Friday position. The role starts between 6 and 7 am, for 8 to 10 hours per day.
You will be responsible for the installation of a wide range of Washroom Equipment, including:
- Hand dryers
- Air purification systems
- Water coolers
Servicing will also be part of your responsibilities. Candidates will require basic Electrical and Plumbing skills, which will be advantageous as we provide equipment to manage water systems within the washroom services. Training will be provided in all aspects of the job role.
Great customer skills are essential as you will attend customer call outs and complete annual servicing on electrical equipment. A vehicle will be supplied to complete your job role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform vehicle checks prior to starting customer visits
- Complete jobs issued by the Service Coordination Team
- Be able to travel to and from jobs
- Work under your own initiative
- Adhere to all Health & Safety requirements including Manual Handling guidelines
Experience & Skills:
- Full UK Driving Licence (Essential)
- Ability to organise and plan workload
- Remain professional and diplomatic when dealing with customers
- Basic Electrical skills
- Basic Plumbing skills
- Previous van driving experience
Pay rates are £12.85 per hour. The right candidates must be willing to work full time.
