About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Stock Controller to join a busy warehouse team. This is a hands-on role, where you will not only manage stock levels and inventory systems but also assist with physical stock movement and general warehouse duties when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring and maintaining accurate stock levels
- Conducting regular stock checks and cycle counts
- Investigating and resolving stock discrepancies
- Updating inventory systems and producing reports
- Assisting with physical stock movement and warehouse tasks
- Liaising with warehouse and production teams to ensure stock availability
- Following all health and safety procedures
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Stock Controller or in inventory management (essential)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good IT skills and experience using stock control systems
- Comfortable with hands-on work in a warehouse environment
- Reliable and punctual with a proactive approach
