Temporary Full-Time Teacher in Springboard

Location: Further Education College, Greater Manchester

Contract: 1st June - 19th June 2026

Salary: £30-35 per hour

Eden Brown are seeking a passionate and dynamic teacher to join the Springboard programme at a leading FE college in Greater Manchester. This is a short-term, full-time opportunity to make a real impact, supporting students in their learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and interactive lessons in line with the Springboard curriculum including Maths, English and Employability
  • Support student progress, providing guidance and feedback
  • Maintain high standards of classroom management and safeguarding
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

  • Experience teaching in an FE setting or relevant educational background
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly and engage students effectively
  • Passion for supporting learners to achieve their potential
  • A DBS is also required for this role.
