We are currently recruiting for experienced Support Workers to join our established healthcare agency and work within a range of complex care settings across the North West region.
Within this role, you will deliver exceptional care and support centred on the unique needs of each individual and help support the achievement of positive outcomes for each service user. You will create a supportive, nurturing environment that enhances quality of life, helping people live independently while providing the appropriate level of care and support.
About the Role- Enabling individuals to access a full range of activities
- Contributing to and following person-centred care plans
- Assisting with personal care and daily living tasks
- Completing key daily documentation accurately
- Administering and recording medication safely
- Supporting individuals with domestic tasks
- Providing a range of support tailored to service users' needs
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with service users and their families
- Encouraging independent living skills where possible
- Previous experience working with vulnerable adults with Autism, Learning Disabilities, or Mental Health conditions, preferably within residential or supported living environments.
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and use initiative when working alone
