About the Role

As part of BDO’s Audit team, you will receive the support you need to reach your potential. From completing professional qualifications to developing new skills and exploring different learning opportunities, you will join a friendly and diverse team whose work really matters. The work we do is underpinned by quality; we deliver audits that are trusted and transparent and can be relied upon by companies and their stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • You will be comfortable working proactively and managing your own tasks, as well as confident collaborating with others and communicating regularly with Senior Managers, Directors, and BDO’s Partners.
  • You will help deliver accurate and transparent reporting to all relevant stakeholders and provide long‑term value.

Qualifications

  • Qualified ACA/ACCA/ICAS or overseas equivalent.
  • Educated up to degree level or CTS.
  • Experience supervising and coaching junior members of staff on site.
  • Working knowledge of UK and International GAAS, IFRS, UK GAAP and Financial Reporting requirements.
  • Working knowledge of firm services, issues regarding advice, and regulation and compliance, including anti‑money laundering.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of current economic and market trends.
