Semi‑Senior Accountant required for an independent firm based in Rochdale. Our client is an independent firm that works with international clients.
Your new role: As a Semi‑Senior Accountant, you will support clients with a variety of accounting services, including preparing year‑end accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies, completing VAT returns and management accounts, assisting with personal and corporate tax computations, and liaising directly with clients and HMRC.
What you’ll need to succeed: You will be suitably qualified with AAT and studying toward ACCA/ACA, have at least two years’ experience working within a practice firm, possess strong knowledge of accounting software, and demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills, a proactive, can‑do attitude, and a willingness to learn.
