About the Role: Premier Education are working with a lovely and welcoming primary school in the Tyldesley area who are looking to appoint a temporary ongoing School Administrator whilst they recruit permanently for the role. This is a part-time position.
Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing telephone calls
- Speaking with parents, staff and visitors
- Typing letters and general office administration
- Managing club registers
- Supporting with music timetables and schedules
- General reception and administrative support
Desired Qualities: The successful candidate will ideally have previous school administration experience and a welcoming and happy personality. We look for a friendly, organised and confident person working in a busy front office environment.
