The SAP Quality Management Functional Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing SAP Quality Management modules within the FMCG industry. Description:

  • Support the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of SAP Quality Management modules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
  • Analyse business processes to identify areas for optimisation within the SAP system.
  • Provide end-user support, including troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
  • Develop and deliver training materials for SAP Quality Management users.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in the system configuration.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Participate in system upgrades and testing to maintain system efficiency.
