The Opportunity

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an Appointment Setter & Sales Administration Executive to support their continued growth. This is a varied role combining sales support, client relationship management, and administrative coordination, with a strong focus on generating high-quality meetings and driving revenue from existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively contact existing clients to identify opportunities for account growth and upselling
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments for the Managing Director, ensuring efficient diary management
  • Qualify leads to ensure all booked meetings are relevant and commercially valuable
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clients and prospects using Google Sheets
  • Provide sales administration support, including preparing quotations, managing follow-ups, and handling documentation
  • Respond to inbound enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
  • Support the wider sales pipeline through consistent lead nurturing and communication

Skills & Experience Required

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in sales support, appointment setting, or customer service
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable using Google Sheets and Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Confident and professional telephone manner

Salary & Benefits

  • 28,000 - 30,000 (dependent on experience)
