About the Role
Creative Support is a not-for-profit organisation which provides high‑quality person‑centred social care services for adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs and other support needs. We are seeking enthusiastic, resourceful and energetic Relief Support Workers to join our friendly team in Stockport.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide person‑centred support to tenants, helping them take part in all aspects of everyday life.
- Engage and enable tenants to participate with the local Stockport communities.
- Support tenants in personal, social and daily living activities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience delivering social care support is essential.
- Good communication skills and a positive, flexible attitude.
