Our client is looking for an experienced Fire Stopping Supervisor to lead passive fire protection teams across various sites, including residential and commercial projects across Yorkshire and the North West. This is a hands-on supervisory role focused on ensuring all installations comply with current fire safety regulations, industry standards, and manufacturer specifications. The salary for this role ranges from £40,000 - £45,000 per annum based on experience. The successful candidate will be expected to work as a supervisory lead, have previous experience as a Supervisor, and be willing to travel to different contracts in the region.
Key responsibilities and qualifications:
- Lead teams of fire stoppers to ensure the safe and efficient execution of tasks.
- Ensure all passive fire protection installations (including cavity barriers, batt & mastic, and penetration sealing) meet regulatory standards.
- Active SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) and CSCS Blue/Gold Card.
- Valid UK driving licence.
- NVQ Level 2 in Passive Fire Protection.
