Responsibilities
- Remotely manage and recruit for multiple clients and locations taking ownership building effective client relationships and operational delivery.
- Based on various client premises across the midlands, mileage will be reimbursed outside of your primary site location.
- Overachieving KPIs.
- Oversee and manage the daily implementation of the operational plan.
- Regularly update the Regional Operations Manager with risks and potential opportunities.
- Build strong client relationships and create a positive client perception of Winner Recruitment.
- Fully understand client requirements and ensure fulfilment of these is consistently achieved.
- Recruit drivers and warehouse colleagues to fulfil client requirements.
- Plan and organise the assessment and induction process for all workers.
- Accountable for overall compliance at sites and ensuring contingency plans are in place.
- Effectively manage workers, including absence, pay queries, performance and retention.
- Undertake investigations and conduct disciplinary or grievance procedures as required.
- Attend weekly meetings with key stakeholders within the client's leadership team to review performance and delivery.
- Plan and organise the induction process for new starters, including a meet‑and‑greet and issuing welcome packs/uniforms.
- Responsible for accurate accident reporting and any insurance or claim issues that may arise.
- Act in a calm, professional and proactive manner that portrays a respectable image of Winner Recruitment's company values.
- Take a flexible approach to working arrangements, particularly in relation to reassignment of duties during colleagues' absences, peak periods, and on bank holidays.
Requirements
- Travel to multiple client locations least 2–3 times per week across the central region.
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
- Experience in building effective client relationships at all levels.
- Experienced and successful at managing and delivering results.
- Experience working with various reporting and forecasting tools.
- Strong people‑management skills and a willingness to take on challenges and work to targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport with stakeholders at all organisational levels.
- Excellent client‑facing skills with the ability to build effective and sustainable relationships.
- Self‑driven, proactive, and results‑oriented with a positive outlook and a focus on quality and business profit.
- Uses own initiative and good judgement to make decisions.
- Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
- Very good computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and encourage teamwork.

- Ability to handle a busy and varied workload, meet tight deadlines, and prioritise effectively.

Shift and Salary
Wednesday to Saturday (4 × 10 hour shift – 08:00 to 18:00). Salary: £28,000 per year (depending on experience). Travel between Warrington, Bolton, Crewe, and Tyneside is required, with mileage reimbursed for journeys outside the primary location.
