What You Will Do:

  • Manage and maintain project quality documentation, ensuring all deliverables meet client and project requirements with precision and timeliness.
  • Develop, review, and control Manufacturing Inspection & Test Plans (MITPs/ITPs), incorporating inspection criteria, acceptance standards, and witness points.
  • Coordinate inputs from multiple departments, including Engineering, Procurement, and Production, to ensure quality deliverables align with specifications.
  • Compile and oversee material acceptance documentation, ensuring traceability to drawings, purchase orders, and installed items.
  • Produce and organise Operating & Maintenance manuals and final handover documentation, ensuring client acceptance and compliance.
  • Support environmental requirements by collecting and reporting data, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement to reduce environmental impacts.

What You Will Bring:

  • Proven experience managing quality deliverables and documentation in complex engineering or manufacturing projects.
  • Expertise in developing and maintaining MITPs/ITPs, ensuring compliance with client specifications and project needs.
  • Strong understanding of document control, revision management, and transmittal processes with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications, translating them into actionable quality requirements.
