About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead the delivery of a high-profile 30 million project in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a major scheme from inception through to completion, ensuring it is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from planning to handover
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including contractors, consultants, and stakeholders
- Develop and maintain detailed project programmes and budgets
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular project updates
- Oversee procurement, contract administration, and cost control
Requirements
- Proven experience managing large-scale projects (ideally 20M+ value)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
