PROMAN is currently recruiting for experienced Production Operatives for a client based in Ramsbottom, Bury.

Rotating shift pattern: 2 weeks on AM shift (6am-2pm Mon‑Fri) and 2 weeks on PM shift (2pm-10pm Sun‑Thu).

Pay rates:

  • AM – £14.07/hr (up to 40 hrs/week)
  • PM – £15.14/hr (up to 40 hrs/week)

Overtime:

  • AM – £21.11/hr (over 40 hrs/week)
  • PM – £22.71/hr (over 40 hrs/week)

Our client is a leading manufacturer in their field and is building an ongoing, long‑term production team.

Consistent work – regular 40 hrs/week

All breaks paid – 8 hrs pay/shift

Permanent opportunities available

Main Duties:

  • Unloading creels from pallets
  • Loading/unloading machinery with creels, creel changeover and merging
  • Other duties may include working within the tufting operation
  • Repairing damaged or miss‑stitched carpets
  • General housekeeping as and when needed
