Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual to join their friendly team, providing administrative and operational support across several areas of the business. This is a varied and hands-on role combining administration, logistics coordination, basic accounts support, order fulfilment, and day-to-day operational assistance. It would suit someone who is proactive, adaptable, and enjoys being involved in different aspects of a growing business.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing general administrative support across the business
- Assisting with invoicing and basic accounts administration
- Coordinating deliveries and logistics
- Packing and preparing customer orders
- Maintaining accurate and organised records and systems
- Supporting day-to-day operational and office tasks as required
About You
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Flexible and able to manage a variety of tasks
- Calm, reliable, and professional in approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Previous administration experience preferred
- Experience within accounts, logistics, fulfilment, or operations would be advantageous.
This position is available on either a full-time or part-time basis, with full-time hours being 40 hours per week.
