Overview
Are you a proactive leader with a passion for delivering exceptional office and facilities management services? Our client, a leading law firm, is searching for an office coordinator to join their vibrant team in Manchester city centre.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee facilities coordination including document management and managing a team of facilities coordinators.
- Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders, end users and service providers.
- Assist in developing and implementing improvements to contracted services, ensuring best practices in facilities management.
- Lead and motivate a dedicated team of Facilities Coordinators and a Receptionist, ensuring high‑quality service delivery and performance.
- Oversee service provider performance and compliance with quality management systems.
- Ensure front‑of‑house service delivers excellent customer service at all times.
- Assist with administration such as travel bookings.
- Manage AV equipment and ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee building maintenance, including minor repairs and upkeep.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene across all common areas.
- Facilitate business continuity and effective waste management.
- Supervise health and safety compliance and emergency procedures.
- Manage office supplies, stationery and equipment maintenance.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years in a similar role with experience in facilities and team supervision.
- Strong customer service skills, excellent organisational abilities and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A customer‑focused, can‑do mindset, with an approachable and cheerful demeanor.
