Multi Skilled Plumber £39,427.16 per annum

Greater Manchester

Full‑time. 39 hours per week across Greater Manchester. Required to work on‑call rota approximately 1 week in 6. Permanent.

Workdays: Monday–Thursday 08:00–16:30; Friday 08:00–15:30.

Milwaukee power tools provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a high quality customer experience whilst carrying out a range of plumbing works within customers homes and vacant properties.
  • Update PDA systems accurately and in real time to reflect job progress.
  • Liaise with planners when customers are unavailable or work cannot be completed.
  • Operate machinery and equipment safely and correctly in accordance with manufacturer guidance.
  • Support and supervise apprentices as and when required, ensuring they work safely and meet required standards of workmanship.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrable experience in a secondary trade (tiling and/or bathroom fitting).
  • Hold an NVQ Level 2 (or above) in Plumbing.
  • Experience working in a similar role within the industry.
  • Ability to work with multiple trades within the domestic sector.
  • Experience in diagnosing issues and prioritising work effectively.
  • Full valid driving licence.
