Are you a Machine Setter with experience working on woodwork machinery or similar, looking to join a well-established business on their new site, where they offer a great work-life balance via a 4 day working week? You will operate and maintain machines that produce timber parts, such as window boards and linings. Expect hands-on work, quick setups, safety checks, and maintaining a smooth operation with your team. The role runs Monday to Thursday, 3 pm to 1 am, giving you a long weekend every week.
