Overview

Aspire People is seeking experienced and dedicated Level 2 Teaching Assistants to work within primary schools supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. We are looking for candidates who are confident supporting classroom learning, delivering intervention work, and helping pupils achieve their full potential both academically and socially. The role may involve supporting whole-class learning, small-group intervention sessions, and providing additional support to pupils who require extra guidance within the classroom.

The Role

  • Supporting teachers with day-to-day classroom activities
