What you’ll do: You will provide administrative support to the firm’s newest adviser, prepare reports using templates, attend client meetings, and use Voyant for cash‑flow modelling and research. Over the next 12 months you will develop into a full‑fledged paraplanner.

Salary: Starts at up to £35,000 and will grow with experience; you’ll also receive a team bonus scheme adding around 10% of salary.

What you’ll need:

  • At least 3 years of admin experience in a financial planning firm
  • Working towards a Diploma, having passed 2 or 3 exams
  • A genuine drive to progress into a paraplanning role
  • Evidence of passion for the profession
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to use initiative
