My client is looking for a Payroll Analyst to join the team in a particularly exciting time for the business, as they are merging with another large transport provider. This role will support the team through BAU whilst this project occurs in the background.
They have incredibly high volumes on their payroll with circa 40,000 employees across 2 lunar payroll cycles. Given the size of the payroll, they are only considering payroll professionals that have also worked on high volume payrolls previously.
They operate on the Oracle system which would be incredibly valuable experience but not essential if you possess the majority of the below:
- Oracle experience
- High volume processing
- End to end payroll processing knowledge
- Good customer service and stakeholder management experience
- Project work - payrolling benefits, consolidating payrolls etc
I have interview slots next Tuesday and Wednesday on site, so if interested please get in contact ASAP.
