Our client is an innovative organisation operating in a regulated pharmaceutical environment. They're seeking a proactive Health & Safety Advisor to strengthen and continually improve its onsite SHE systems. - Support safe management of maintenance, utilities, plant rooms, and contractor activities.
- Participate in SHE inspections and audits, manage action tracking, support statutory compliance (fire safety, pressure systems, LEV, electrical), and assist during external audits or regulatory visits.
- Produce and maintain SHE procedures, templates, registers, and controlled documentation.
- Ensure all records comply with Good Documentation Practice.
- Deliver inductions, toolbox talks, and safety briefings.
- Provide practical guidance to staff and contractors and promote a positive safety culture.
- Support contractor onboarding, RAMS review, Permits to Work, inductions, and onsite compliance monitoring.
- Ensure safe close‑out of contractor activities.
