We're recruiting for a talented Head Chef to lead the kitchen at one of Greater Manchester's busiest and best-loved restaurants. This is a high-volume operation with real reputation, strong support from ownership and the freedom for the right chef to truly make the role their own. The restaurant turns over serious numbers, often exceeding 80,000 per week, but the focus has never been on churning covers out at the expense of quality. The team cares deeply about food, consistency, service and creating an atmosphere people remember.
We're looking for a Head Chef who:
- Leads from the front and naturally earns respect in the kitchen
- Takes real pride in standards, presentation and consistency
- Understands how to run a commercially successful kitchen without compromising quality
- Enjoys developing chefs and building a strong brigade culture
- Still genuinely loves food and the buzz of service
You’ll have the freedom to influence menus, work with quality produce and help shape the next chapter of a restaurant already known as a standout venue in the region.
